What's included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you browse conference pages, see the top 10 speakers per conference, and explore the database structure. You won't be able to export data or see LinkedIn URLs — those require a paid plan.
How often is the database updated?
We update after each conference cycle — typically 2-4 weeks after an event. All plan tiers receive updates at the same time. Professional and Team plans get notifications when new conference data is added.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual billing is available on Professional and Team plans at 2 months free (10 months for the price of 12). Contact us to set up annual billing.
Is there a trial period?
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required to start the trial.
What format is the CSV export?
Speaker exports include: name, title, company, seniority tier, function category, LinkedIn URL, and all conferences spoken at. Sponsor exports include: company name, website, tier, and all conferences sponsored. Both formats import directly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo.
